About Hansi
I’m Hansi, a BABCP-registered Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist with over 10 years’ experience working with anxiety and related difficulties.
I offer a calm, supportive space where you can begin to understand what has been keeping you stuck and develop new ways of responding that feel more manageable and aligned with who you are.
